    Aromatic OF HOMS

It is on the Larzac, upland south of the Massif Central, area of an ancient pastoral life, and recently listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, that Aromatiques d'HOMS cultivate and harvest aromatic plants in their natural environment .

In 1992, we created a range of appetizers, including the famous Pastis des Homs made from plants of the plateau.
